Day one into our 13th year here in BULLETINLAND and the phone keeps ringing,  So much crime so little time, what is a lone publisher to do?  Well that is a very deep subject. Sad world we live in here in the middle of America. The bad guys seem to have the upper hand, though we all know that help always comes when you do right. So damn the torpedos we march on. I spoke with my internet guru and he has got a few ideas has to how we can get BULLETINMAN on the air.  So stay tuned, I'll tell you later where you can stay tuned at...We have lots of ideasto turn back the tide of evil though folks lets face it, we ain't going to stop it. Only Jesus is going to do that. We are called to occupy until He comes, that is what I'm doing my very best, well not my very best, (I'm a little lazy in the summer time) but it is an honest effort to expose those who wax worse and worse. I know that time is running out for all of us and one day very soon, the local crooks are going to be the least of our worries.  Keep your eye on what is going on in Russia. Do yourself a huge favor and het to know Jesus ask Him to open your eyes as to what is really going on here in America. None are has blind as those who will not see. I see what is coming and folks it isn't going to be nice. It is going to rock your world and those of your family, friends and neighbors. In a moment a twinkling of an eye things are going to change. That day is coming no doubt about it. The question is are you ready?

Well it's Tuesday the 26th of August and it was 12 years ago today that the BULLETIN was born. I was hoping to have the radio up and running today though I haven't made it to Festus so no radio today. Though soon one day very soon we are going to once again change the face of media in Jefferson County. The CC city council meet last night and now we are even more confused as to where the zoning is. It amazes me that these people have no shame and to be quite honest with you that they are still alive. I'm somewhat shocked that a homeowner on Mississippi hasn't baked these fools at city hall a batch of "cookies". I have to say the same for Festus City hall and their treatment of Tim White.  YOu can only push some of the people some of the time. It is just a matter of time until good red blooded Americans fight back. You know the courts are now a joke and more people wake up to that fact every day. There is only just-us there is no more justice You can go to the media (the leader, the post, the journal) though they will not tell the whole truth and will do their best to cover up the crimes of the establishment. If you can't get a lawyer to take your case and if you can than it takes 14 years to have the local court ignore the Supreme Court than what other choice do you have?
I guess you can start a publication and a website to chronicle the long road to heaven though in the end Mao Se Tung was right when he said that power comes from the barrel of a gun. I don't want to see violence but I've neen writing about these low life bastards for the last 12 years and they are still there. Sure they may be redfaced and ashamed on occasion, though the beat goes on. What is it going to take?
If you make peaceful revolution impossible you make violent revolution inevitable. That day is coming people...

Hey it's Monday and what a nice day only a few chemtrails in the air, you can breath easy today. There is a book out there called "death in the air" by Len Horowitz very good a must read. Been getting all kinds of phone calls about the corruption that is everywhere. Big city council meeting tonight in Crystal City and I understand the the boys in brown where in CC paying a little visit to one of the watering holes.  I hope to be able to post more for you tomorrow. We are still planning on starting the Bulletinman Radio Broadcast tomorrow. I have no idea how it is going to happen but good LORD willin it will. We also have plans for the "rolling radio". So I turn on Channel 24 after the Faux news fiasco and The Lone Ranger is on.  What a great TV show. After the Lone Ranger kicked the "crooks" around on the way out the door, Tonto refuses the offer of payment saying We don't work for pay we work for justice and the Lone Ranger remarked Justice needs no pay. Isn't that the truth. We here in Bulletinland have been working for justice over the last 12 years and it has cost me plenty, though I'm still blessed livin better than ever, it does pay to stand up and be the voice of the voiceless, just not always with FRN's (federal reserve notes, back by the full faith and credit of the American government, how much is that worth in 2008? ) You see that is the whole problem. Now you ask any politrick this question he will tell you that the Constitution is still in effect though the reality of it is that the whole thing is a fraud.

So might call it a Constitional Crisis in our beloved Republic. We have been had, though I think we all know that but who is going to stand up for Truth, Justice and the American Way with me. He likes to use Lawyers and Cops to do this to you! I don't know why there is something about being in power that makes people insane. Pray for these people to be saved for what I can tell time is running out for all of us.
 

I can't stand the insanity. Here it is Wednesday night and I just got home from church. I turn on Fox 2 and they are celebrating $3.30 gas, they are about to tell me about about how good the water is in St. Louis. Bush has made a deal with Poland to put up a so called missile shield within 10 miles of Russia. Folks we are on a ship of fools and it is taking on water, the ship is listing and it won't be long until it capsizes. Can you believe that it is 70 in August?  Decline is right on time..I did manage to get most of the BULLETIN's out, so perhaps that will counter some of the Bullshit that is out there.  Hang in there time is short Jesus is soon to come are you ready is the question?

BULLETINMAN was on the streets of Eureka this morning and happened to run into one of the few good services that the state of MISERY offers We the People. Now we realize that most of the STATE employees are mere spokes in the wheel of oppersion. Though I have to give the MODOT Motorist Assist Men a big salute. These people are modern day Lone Rangers going about doing good on the area's highways and byways. In this region these knights of the highway set the standard across the nation for getting r done and the clearing the road. I can't tell you how many times I have went by people with flat tires and all broke down and no one stops to help them. Not even the police, which is beyond comperhension. So much for protecting and serving huh. The MODOT Motorist Men are out there to help the motoring public, give them some room next time you see one. God Bless each and everyone of them. 
I have made it to the Festus with the latest BULLETIN and should be in DeSoto and Hillsboro within the next few days. I'll get the west done as soon as possible. BULLETINMAN has been busy this weekend moving again. This time I was moving my dear brother Grant. Grant was a victim of the foreclosure crisis. Well not really he was a victim of his own greed. Remember when Honest Ken the poor man's friend died back on September 11th 1995? Well for those of you who where around at the birth of the BULLETIN you will recall the fight over my father's estate. Grant and his shyster lawyers did everything they could to screw the BULLETINMAN. Well be sure that your sin will find you out. It took just about 13 years but Grant not only lost the land that Twin City sat on for 60 years,  he has now lost his home as well. Though he is my big brother and I still love him even though he is an idiot. Such a shame, I wouldn't want to be him when he meets up with Honest Ken! Grant was telling me the story how he got pulled over on 55 by one of Festus finest the other night. When the police man ask if he was related to the BULLETINMAN he said yes I am. Now you would think this would have cost him a trip to the Festus police station though this officer who will remain nameless for now let him go. Strange days we live in. Lynn and Grant have to go to court on Tuesday for their unlawful detainer hearing we will see if Judge Bouchard gives them some mercy and allows them to keep the house. They had a mortgage with Citibank and I'm sure that they sold off the paper and I doubt that they can prove that they really are the holders in due course. That is the great thing about this banking crisis. The banks bundled a lot of this paper into securites and sold them off basicly screwing themselves. We will see, stay tuned...Speaking of Shyster lawyers I got "the bill" from Val's lawyers in Piedmont a Jim Bowles. Get this he is attempting to charge us/me some $5,700.  He is out of his mind..I think Jim needs to check himself into the SEMO Mental Health Center. Good guy Gary Methany my lawyer in this matter only charged me $500 and I still owe him a few hundred. I haven't heard from him in a few months. If you need a "good" lawyer Gary the man to see in Farmington. As far has Mr. Bowles is concerned, Jim you are one of  the reason why the people HATE lawyers to the utmost. I'm sure that you will be hearing from my lawyer, Jesus Christ of the firm Arabaham, Issac and Jacob. He will staighten you out, this I'm sure of. Thanks for making BULLETINMAN the talk of the town. Some folks say that I'm crazy though I have been throughly evaulauted by some of the finest professionals in the mental health field and the best thing that they can come up with is "psychois not other wise specified".  This coming from people who have spent thousands of dollars studying the techniques and philosophies of Sigmand Freud an admitted daily cocaine user. So I have one question for you just who are the crazy ones. Ones who believe the KJV Authorized Bible or the ones who get their beliefs from a  coke head? I know some people who have let cocaine take over their lives and they become idiots. Something happens in their brain that causes them not be able to put two and two together. Has Rick James put it that cocaine is a hell of a drug, he is right cocaine is straight from hell.  Real soon people the sheep and the goats are going to be seperated. Real soon in the blink of an eye it's all going to change. For some a moment of glory for most their worst nightmare. Repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sin and ye to shall recieve the gift of the Holy Ghost. Jesus is soon to come people, I for one do my very best to keep my account with God has short has possible. I'm not perfect (yet) but through His grace and mercy I'am forgiven. Let me tell you a little story about a man named Jeff, that's me. I love to talk and I have a very strong conviction about what I believe in. In 1985 I completed Festus High School and wanted to be on the radio. I went to the Broadcast Center in 1987 and got out of there in 1989. My first job on the radio was in Valpariso Indiana at a station called WAKE. I was a part time DJ and a full time salesman. The station did a little newsletter called the Bulletin. It was easier to sell ads in their bulletin than it was on the radio. The guy I worked for Lee Ellis was his name knew this fact and started the Bulletin because it is tangible. You can't hold airwaves in your hand, you can't show your friends your radio commercial. You could sell the two together it was a great tool to cross promote.  I lasted there about 6 months but what I learned has brought me to where I'am at today. I was on the radio in DeSoto, Sullivan, Washington and Owensville. I was ask to leave all those operations because I just could not keep my mouth shut about all the crooks in town. I try to be a man of the people and the people are getting screwed, glued and tattoted. I can not and will not go quietly. After Honest Ken the poor man's friend died on 9-11-95, that was my first real experience with the muther @#$%en lawyers. I was on the radio in DeSoto @ KDJR and I let them have it over the airwaves for a good spell before I was fired again. Though I had some advertisers who liked what I was saying and thus I had to start the BULLETIN. That was on August of 1996. When I started the BULLETIN I went to KJCF and pitched them my idea, if I remember correctly Captian Kirk wouldn't even see me, so I vowed right then and there that one day I would get that sucka. Well it's taken 12 years but I have achieved my goal. On Tuesday night I was checkin to see the results of the election and I was going to go to KJEFF's website. They claim to be a news station, while I was typing I just happened to type in Kjeff.com and guess what it was not there has a matter of fact it was available. Their website is Kjff.Com not K-Jeff what they are alway's calling themselves.  Boom it hit me, I will buy KJEFF and start my own radio station.  It won't be hard to eclispe their 100 listeners. So on August 8-26-08 KJEFF.COM while be on the air offering rebel jams, dangerous truth's and incrediable advertising deals to the small business community which is in dire straights. Stay tuned we have another plan that is going to piss off even more of my so called competition.

All right the move has been made and boy I'm glad that is over. I hate to move it is so much easier when you get kicked out, much less to move...Rick Avila passed away over the weekend and he was put to rest today. What a great man of God, he will be be missed...Rick no doubt is with Jesus now and all will be well. It won't be long until we see him again. 
Nelson Tenny beat Jeff Crisel in the Repubican primary for Sheriff of Jefferson County. Nelson is going to be the next Sheriff, Glen Boyer is going down... The bigger they are the harder they fall... BULLETINMAN has been working on some surprises for the fall, it is going to get real interesting stay tuned. Construction has begun on the new BULLETIN I have a bunch of new advertisers for the August edition. I will have their ads posted in the next few days. I'll comment on what I think about the new program being implemented by the Jefferson County  Sheriff's Pride team. I read this story in the Journal and I just have to write about it. I have to go to chuch and pray so I don't go postal on the powers that be...I'll be back with a new attitude in a few hours or it could be days though no more than a week..

It's Christmas in July, well not really though the weather certainly has been delightful. We needed the rain and I was getting tired of the hot weather. Things are getting interesting to say the least. I had an email from the lovely and talented Sarah from the journal and she was wondering what happened to the banks in LA. Indymac bank failed and the people where lined up in the streets trying to get their money. The police showed up and told the people that they were going to arrest them. They should have went in the bank and arrested the banksters, though we all know who "they" really protect and serve. It is not the working man or woman in this country.

The answer is in off balance sheet SIVs, imploding commercial real estate deals, Alt-A liar loans, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bonds, toggle bonds where debt is amazingly paid back with more debt, and all sorts of other silly (and arguably fraudulent) financial wizardry schemes that have bank and brokerage firms leveraged at 30-1 or more. Those loans cannot be paid back.

What cannot be paid back will be defaulted on. If you did not know it before, you do now. The entire US banking system is insolvent.

 

 

I told you all a year ago that the local banks are going to go under. Well let me give you some more friendly free advice. If you have any money tied up with the local Bankster's I suggest that you remove like right now. The whole system is going down and you are going to be left holding the note just like those people in LA. Folks unless you are on the streets everyday and talking to merchants you might not have any idea just how bad it has gotten. Trust me I'm out there and I see it daily. Well  another "ambush" this time in Maplewood. This one seems to be a little "fishy" to say the least.  First of all I hate to see the loss of a fine young man. The firefighter should not have been killed it was senseless to say the least.  The shooter the police say opened fire on the firefighter when they arrived to put out a truck fire in the neighbors driveway.  When the police showed up the shooter turned his gun on the police wounding two of them. Now somehow the shooters house caught on fire and they supposidly found a body and a gun this afternoon.  I lot of questions need to be asked about this one. The firefighter just happened to be the former Mayor's son? Was this guy pissed off at the city? How did the the shooters house catch on fire? I read an account in the PD that a neighbor saw the curtains on fire, how did they catch on fire, did the shooter set the fire or did the police? (remember Waco?).. All I know at this point it looked like a war zone, they had the armored car out and everything. The police walking the streets with machine guns. Pray for the family of the firefighter and for the police who where wounded. Pray for the shooters family, pray for this nation. It is looking more like a police state everyday..Read this

Just got back from my tour of Nothern Missouri and all is well. It was hot when I got back home, though if you think it is hot here, it is going to be a lot hotter in hell..Are you saved, do you know Jesus, really know Him or just know about Him? Hard to believe that it is July 19th, summer is just about half way over. Where does the time go? I got my copy of the LEADER and just had to comment on a couple of stories that I found in it. The number one story I have to write about is the sickening situation in Jefferson County. There where some cases of salmonella last week. Now get this the Jefferson County Health Department is telling us nothing about where this virus is coming from. Why? Dennis Diehl said that four cases  had been reported by people who ate at the same Mexican Restaurant  but he won't tell you which one.. What is up with that? So just to be on the safe side avoid all Mexican Restaurants.  Mr. Diehl looks like a shady used car salesman and now he is acting like one by not disclosing which restaurant these people dined at. Of course what do you expect from the man who is in charge of the deadly vaccine program that will cause autism in 1 out of 100 victims. I think that we all know that the JCHD is not your friend, this story just proves that...

It is good to see that the Crystal City Council has voted to repeal the zoning ordiance that was going to allow the Smelter to come to town. Now it isn't a done deal yet, because Mayor Schilly and his partner in crime Debbie Johns are doing what they can to delay the vote though it looks like this deal is going to go down in flames. I wonder what it will take before the people wake up and realize that there are people out there who have sold out their country and only care about the kick backs they are getting from shady snake oil salesman like Jim Kennedy? I have a call into Gentleman Jack Ginninver he might be out of town I can't wait to find out what he has to say about this turn of events in glass city.

Nicholas T. Sheley was taken into custody this evening in the 3600 block of Nameoki Road near a K-Mart in Granite City, police said. This is the suspect of the double homicide in Festus on Monday. He was a very busy killer, he is also the suspect in has many has 5 other murders in Illinois.  I wonder if he is the one who wacked the people from Arkansas? Well the police say that he is and that is good enough for me, for now..Though upon further review I just have a few questions. How did he get to Festus and why did this guy come to Festus?  I saw Chief Lewis on the 10 oclock news last night and he is sure that this is the right guy. I have to say great job to the police..You can all rest a little easier today.

Two people where found dead in Festus behind Chip's 66 on American Legion Drive Monday morning. Chip was alerted by someone walking their dog behind the station. The FPD are not saying much at this point. Though this is what I have been able to piece together this much. Looks like they where staying at the Comfort Inn (the old Budgetel) They where from Arkansas  and it appears to be a male and female in their 40's. They where out walking their dogs when they where attacked in the Comfort Inn parking lot, leaving lots of blood. Somehow the bodies ended up about a mile away on American Legion Drive. The Major Case Squad has been called in. This makes the 3rd murder in Festus in the last few weeks. Still haven't heard anything more on the murders in Festus. I have some calls in to some of the BULLETIN people on the street. When I hear more I'll let you know. I'm sure that the tapes from both Gannon's and Chips will be of some help, this should not be that hard to figure out...

Well the last levee in Lincoln county was breached on Saturay morning and now Winfield is under water. The Missouri National Guard did a noble job but their efforts were not enough. I don't know how many guardsmen where on the scene but it was not enough. Had most of the Guard not been overseas fighting for the Great American war machine maybe they could have saved the town. We are in a bunch of trouble here in the state of Misery. The whole point and purpose of the guard is to protect the state of Missouri, not to fight for oil overseas. Governor Blunt should be ashamed of himself for selling out the state of Missouri and allowing our troops to be deployed. Taking a page from President Bush's flood book, Matt toured the area on Friday from the air. Why he didn't land is beyond me. Maybe he was afraid that he was going to get his ass kicked by a bunch of pissed off citizens..
In the Leader they had a picture of Dan Portell. I know who he is, I think we went to school together (Festus class of 1985), rumor has it that he has went over to the darkside. I'm amazed that the citizens of Crystal City have not burned city hall yet. The whole phone fiasco was just a sympton of the cancer that has creeped into the Glass City. Has anyone even checked to see if Ms. Johns  recieved phone calls from her son in Jail prior to being caught? I would have to imagine that this was not new...What other resources of Crystal City is she using for her own personal gain?

Why do "they" hate us? President Bush says it is because of our freedom, maybe this could explain why every one in the world now hates America..

Thursday the 26th day of June coming at you live on tape. Today was a good day for the Constitution. The Supreme's have upheld the the God given right to own a firearm. So now Dan is one of them.  Bill Usher quit and Shady Tom Schilly appointed Dan Eisenbeis as Councilman.  The c4 lawsuit against the City was heard the other day, a visiting judge from Cape, Lewis I believe is his name has given Senkel a month to come up with the documents that C4 has been requestingfor the last 6 months. So the beat goes on in Smelter City. If you see Dan Portell on the street, wave your finger @ him and say shame, shame, shame..Remember folks the love of money is the root of all evil. Well it's the middle of the week again. Time certainly does fly.  BULLETINMAn made it back to Ste. Gen County to be "served" by the man.  It wasn't what I expected as a matter of fact it was a duplicate that they spent some $8 mailing me. Now they have a deputy chase me around at $4.00 a gallon. This to tell me that they are going to suspend my drivers license.  Now what really pisses me off is that I was reading the other day the back of their "notice" and it states that they can suspend my drivers license, hunting license, real estate license but ithey can't suspend a law license. WTF!!!
I'm beside myself. Oh Shakespear was right...None the less they will be "hearing" from me in October..Well it is time to go to work on the next BULLETIN. I thought that I would have one done before the weekend, but that isn't going to happen. I have been down but I'm certainly not out. 5) So called secert societies and societies of secrets will be forced to disclose their membership list, ( we of course want to thank all those by name who help out the little bitty crippled burned maimed chldren) If anything is done secret folks it is evil. 6) The Banksters on the local and national level. I would bar any federal reserve bank from operating in my county. They are the biggest monoply money scam artist  on the face of the Earth and all the people employed in the above professions  are ulitmatly working for "them".
7) I would set the captives free. There would no one in jail for owing money, non violent offenses, pot related offenses. This would leave a lot of room for dirty lawyers, judges, bankers and cops. Along with child molesters and people who really belong in jail but they are not because they got the "hook-up" and they know someone who loves a bribe.

That is the top seven things I would do IF I would ever run for Sheriff again. Someone really needs to step up to the plate and go to bat for this country. Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. I have heard from 4 of the 6 children that I have fathered over the years. It was nice to hear from the younger ones. The two older girls well that is a different story. Looking back over the years this is nothing new. The oldest two have never done anything for me on Father's day. I'm very pleased with both of them none the less. My oldest in Texas has graduated from High School this year and she won't be 17 unitl June 30th.  The other one in Sullivan is working very hard. My son is coming back from Scuba diving today. He is a certified diver @ the age of 14. I'm proud of him as well. I hope you are having a good Father's day. There is a war against the Father's of this once great nation. The devil knows that if he can take the father out than his chances of success are much greater.  Just another sign of the times? I missed the fireworks @ the Crystal City hall the other night. Some of the C4 members where ejected after they got into with one of the John's. Since I lost my high speed connection I don't have the BULLETIN computer hooked up to the net so I have to copy everything by hand. Which is very time consuming and tdious besides the wife is a better typsit..I heard from Rob the Supercarpenter and he suggested that we draft Chuck Norris for president what do you think about his idea? There was a murder in Festus a few days ago over on 3rd street. I haven't seen anything about it in the PD. Maybe the Journal will have the story..I wonder what is up with that? The Chemtrails are back...I heard from Sarah at the Journal and she ask me whether the chemtrails where Contrails.  I called Governor Blunt on Monday and I was going to ask him about his RV trip that he took with his family last week. I was wondering who picked up the tab for the gas and whose RV it was. Needless to say He didn't call me back. I told his communications person Holly about the website. The people of the United States are being fed constant lies, and this has been happening for so long that the truth is unrecognizable to them. What better way to control people than to control their money, wealth, and even negative wealth, which is called debt, and to control them with an economy based on lies, deceit, and dishonesty by those in charge of that system. It is the perfect laboratory and working environment for Satan to create a monster whom he can inhabit, and who will control all people through controlled buying and selling with his mark. Once people believe a lie, they are under the control of that lie. The reason the economy of the United States is crumbling is because it is based on lies. We know that according to the Constitution of the United States, only gold and silver is lawful money. Paper currency has almost no intrinsic value. It costs the same amount to produce a one hundred dollar bill as it does to produce a one dollar bill. It is just paper and ink. The paper money is backed by nothing of real value and is by definition not money at all but legal tender. The first definition of tender is to offer in satisfaction of a debt. Thus, tender is an offer of something to excuse a debt rather than pay it. When paper "money" is passed around, nothing is ever legally paid, but it is a continual excusing of debt. Americans do not know what it is like to use real money. When we work, our employer gives us paper, and we excuse his debt for our time we gave him. We buy food and give paper currency to the grocer, and he excuses the debt for what we carry out of his store, and so on. The problems with this system are many. Governments can print more and more of this paper, and as they do, all existing paper currency becomes worth less and less, and prices go up. Paper currency or tender breeds inflation, recession, depression, and so on. It is what economists call the cyclical function. To make matters worse, it is not so much just the paper problem anymore. In this electronic age, money has been reduced to nothing more than electronic impulses in computers. All reference points to true value have been lost in the maze of the craftiness of illuministic banksters. The American people are all under the mass-hypnotic effect of thinking they have real money when they hold paper or a debit card. When values are suppositions and fictitious, they can constantly change, and they do. This would be impossible with the strict use of gold and silver. 
How bad is the situation? We now live in a time when one of the greatest commodities both bought and sold is massive debt. Credit card companies are completely destroying the lives of undisciplined people, and the banks are in collusion with them. It is a satanic complicity that is paving the way for the appearance of the antichrist himself. We know that our Lord Jesus went into the temple and tipped over the tables of the money changers and rebuked them sharply. Our Lord called the money changers thieves, because they forced the people to trade in their Roman coins for temple coins before they could give their tithes. The excuse is that Roman money had a graven image on it and was thus an idol and could not be used in the temple. The money changers, however, were glad to accept the Roman money at a low buy rate, and sell the people temple money at a high sell rate. This arbitrage produced a profit which angered the Almighty.
We are now in a time of transition, and very soon the beast system will come into full view. The American people have already been corralled by this economic system, and they will soon find themselves branded as human cattle with the mark of the beast. A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION HCR 2034
PROPOSING THE DISSOLUTION OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IF CERTAIN CONDITIONS OCCUR.

Whereas, on July 4, 1776, our founding fathers proclaimed that the people had the right to alter or abolish their government and declared thirteen British colonies to be free and independent, or sovereign, states; and

Whereas, on March 1, 1781, the thirteen states formed a central government they called the United States of America under a charter known as the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union, which stated that "each state retains its sovereignty, freedom and independence"; and

Whereas, on September 17, 1787, the leaders of the Continental Congress signed the present Constitution of the United States, which was then transmitted to the thirteen states for ratification and the formation of a new central government; and

Whereas, several of the states delayed ratification of the Constitution and three states made clear their position regarding sovereignty by stating that "the powers of government may be resumed by the people whensoever it shall become necessary to their happiness"; and

Whereas, eventually all thirteen of the independent states ratified the Constitution of the United States and joined the new Union, while retaining their sovereignty as states. The states made the new central government sovereign only to the extent that the states delegated to it limited and specific powers; and

Whereas, the Constitution of the United States is merely a treaty among sovereigns, and under treaty law when one party violates the treaty the other parties are automatically released from further adherence to it unless they wish to continue; and

Whereas, the fifty current principals, or signatories, to the treaty have done well in honoring and obeying it, yet the federal agent has, for decades, violated it in both word and spirit. The many violations of the Constitution of the United States by the federal government include disposing of federal property without the approval of Congress, usurping jurisdiction from the states in such matters as abortion and firearms rights and seeking control of public lands within state borders; and

Whereas, under Article V, Constitution of the United States, three-fourths of the states may abolish the federal government. In the alternative, if the states choose to exercise their inherent right as sovereigns, fewer than thirty-eight states may lawfully choose to ignore Article V, Constitution of the United States, and establish a new federal government for themselves by following the precedent established by Article VII, Constitution of the United States, in which nine of the existing thirteen states dissolved the existing Union under the Articles of Confederation and automatically superceded the Articles.

Therefore

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Arizona, the Senate concurring:

1. That when or if the President of the United States, the Congress of the United States or any other federal agent or agency declares the Constitution of the United States to be suspended or abolished, if the President or any other federal entity attempts to institute martial law or its equivalent without an official declaration in one or more of the states without the consent of that state or if any federal order attempts to make it unlawful for individual Americans to own firearms or to confiscate firearms, the State of Arizona, when joined by thirty-four of the other fifty states, declares as follows: that the states resume all state powers delegated by the Constitution of the United States and assume total sovereignty; that the states re-ratify and re-establish the present Constitution of the United States as the charter for the formation of a new federal government, to be followed by the election of a new Congress and President and the reorganization of a new judiciary, similarly following the precedent and procedures of the founding fathers; that individual members of the military return to their respective states and report to the Governor until a new President is elected; that each state assume a negotiated, prorated share of the national debt; that all land within the borders of a state belongs to the state until sold or ceded to the central government by the state's Legislature and Governor; and that once thirty-five states have agreed to form a new government, each of the remaining fifteen be permitted to join the new confederation on application.

2. That the Secretary of State of the State of Arizona transmit copies of this Resolution to the President of the United States, the President of the United States Senate, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives and each Member of Congress from the State of Arizona.

This is an attempt to state it simply, because if you understand the problem, then you're going to see the solution clearly as well. If it doesn't make sense the first time you read it, try reading it again. Eventually, the whole picture will sink in...

A quick history of money

1) Once, gold and silver were considered the only ''real'' money, but it was heavy and risky to carry around...

2) So people paid goldsmiths to store the money, and got paper receipts for it...

3) After a while, people used the receipts like money, and left the gold in the bank most of the time. So the bankers got clever and came up with a scam...

4) The banks printed off receipts for more gold than they actually had, and ''loaned'' those receipts out to charge interest on it. As long as everyone didn't redeem their receipts gold at the same time, this let them make a lot of money charging interest, because they could charge interest on MONEY THEY DIDN'T HAVE.

An analogy can be made using property and titles. Here's the scam in another way:

Step 1: Acquire a vacation home,
Step 2: Sell the title to the home to one person,
Step 3: Sell the title to the home to a DIFFERENT person,
Step 4: Hope they both don't show up on the same weekend!

Fractional reserve banking lets a bank say to a depositor that all his money is safe and sound at the bank, while at the same time they get to loan most of it out to someone else to charge interest on it. So there are two people with a legitimate claim to the same pile of money. So whose is it, really? And where is it?

It gets stranger: When you receive your loan, if you deposit it into a bank, this bank can loan your loan money out again. This process can be repeated indefinitely, and if you do the math you find that much more money is on deposit in all the banks than existed in the first place. This begs the question... where did all this extra money come from? It had to come from somewhere, right? This would be true if all money were physical objects, but today money is a concept, an idea, a number. The answer is... it is created by the bank!

What does this mean?

1) Loaning money while claiming it is still on deposit increases the money supply, essentially creating more money (otherwise deposits would vanish). In essence, for the bank to have your cake and loan it too, it must create more cake. This increase in money supply is the cause of inflation.
2) Almost every dollar that exists is owed to a bank somewhere, because at some time in history, it was created when it was loaned out.
3) The amount of money owed to banks is more than all the money in existence! So we cannot possibly get out of debt under this system. The bulk of this debt is in the form interest, which is an arbitrary amount of money banks demand in return, but never gave.
4) There is no money, in the real sense. Just checks, data stored on computers, and promises. It is all created by typing on a keyboard, and signing signatures. The only tangible assets in regard to money anymore is the collateral we pledge when we ask for a loan. The money they loan you comes from nowhere, but the assets you lose in foreclosure are real!
5) Because the US government borrows from the Federal Reserve, bankers have the power to influence our society and government by controlling finance. They decide to create (or not create) money depending on who's asking, and for what. They choose what projects get funded, and let other needs wither on the vine by starving them of working capital. This subtle yet immense power is more than enough to undermine democracy, and guide the course of a nation's history.

So what's the solution?

Simple. The public must demand that money must not be created by loaning it into existence. It must be something that is openly and publicly controllable, issuable, accountable, and interest-free.

Otherwise, a class of parasites will rise to power in society by cleverly disguising the fact that the money they are creating, spending, and buying the world up with is...

Many of these people are waking up and realizing that the real  enemy of this country is within the establishment. If we the people really want to honor the memory of our fallen soliders who have given their life overseas they should demand that our elected leaders honor their oath to defend this country from all enemies foriegn and DOMESTIC.  To be quite honest with you I'm not afraid of Osama Been workin for CIA or it's creation Al Kida. I'm a hell of a lot more concerned about local law enforcement who allow the real terrorist to operate within this County. These terrorist operate daily in the health department when they give deadly "vaccines" to the young and the infirm. They operate in city government when they poison the water with flouride ( a great rat killer).  How about the chemtrails? Three to five days a week planes are up violating the airspace of Jefferson County spraying God only know what. What is the Sheriff doing about that? Does he even realize that there are people out there who have dedicated their vast fortunes to the destruction and enslavement of mankind.  These people have infiltraited the highest offices in the land. One once said or was it a bumper sticker that Freedom isn't free. We are no longer a free people in this land. They may wave the flag and tell you that you are free but it is just a lie. Festus lost another son to the war in Iraq last Sunday. Andrew Habsieger was killed in an explosion, he was only 22 years old. What a crying shame, another life lost for what?
