Enclosed is a Criminal Complaint filed in the 24th Circuit Court against William S. Rader, the judge you appointed to hear the Request for TRO filed by the PA of St. Francois County.
Mr. Rader has failed miserably in his duties, as you can see from this complaint. We wanted to make you aware of his shortcomings and errors, as you were the person who appointed him.
We hope to resolve this situation soon, and to see justice done. After all, that's what our court system is all about, is it not?

What is going on in your circuit? Have you lost your mind? Another 50 cops another waste of say at least $10,000. They serve me with the search warrant and I'm not even named on it, I don't own the property, nor do I have anything to do with the event! Donna Black was there, which says alot. I guess her house was shaking from 18 miles away. Come on you guys; you are making yourselves look awfully foolish! No matter how hard you try, you can't stop what GOD has started. You have employed over 100 cops on 2 different occasions and netted a total of 15 UNLAWFUL arrests. I think you have stepped over the line this time. Do the County and your family a favor and just resign your office today. Repent for your wicked ways and then maybe the LORD can heal our land. At least 50 jack-booted thugs, with the highway patrol chopper and the prison bus, lined everybody up like Jews to the slaughter and unlawfully detained them for over 2 hours and searched their person without consent. The Nazi's even maced a couple of little puppies. That search warrant if you excuse me Your Honor is a piece of shit. Mr. McRaven swears to me that he did not call Deputy Lamma and he will testify to that fact. The search warrant was not even served on the property owner nor the leasee. They served me all I was doing was selling fajitas and telling people to come to Farmington on July 24th. I had nothing to do with this gathering, I just found the place, and the LORD Jesus Christ led me by the Rivers of Life.
Judge I pray that you find the LORD, Jesus Christ. I don't wish hell on you or anyone else. It would be nice to see some of that proven ability and integrity, which you are so proud of. I tell you this much, if you all didn't fix that election, Judge I would have to arrest you. Treason is a very serious crime. You have failed this Country and our Children you have sold us out for you own gain. Shame on you, Judge. You have failed the people miserly though the good news that there is room at the cross for you. Repent the end is near! Behold the Judge standeth before the door, the Judge of Justice that is! Follows is a criminal complaint that will be filed in many venues, as many venues as it takes until these clowns down here in 24th Circuit resign. Consider this my formal complaint concerning one WILLIAM S. RADER.
Please be advised that KENNETH PRATTE is acting in concert with RADER and is allowing an ongoing injustice to occur. KENNETH W. PRATTE to wit has reassign cases out of the circuit than on July 14 2001 issued a search warrant to raid a party that I wasn't even involved with. They served me with the search warrant, which detained me in handcuffs for more than 2 hours. I do not own the property nor was my name was even on the warrant, other than the 3 they arrested on misdemeanor charges no one else out of the 100 or so people where hand cuffed and detained. This just goes to show cause of malicious prosecution and tortuous interference of business expectancy. This all from my fundraising efforts for my upcoming campaign for the 2002 election for the Senate seat in the 20th district and my attempt to reah the youth of America for the cause of Christ. The 24th Circuit Courts worse nightmare is me making $50,000 every weekend. Oh I forget to introduce myself.
Jeff Weinhaus take note, my name is not in caps, court busting is now my game. I used to publish a monthly paper called the National Provocateur News. Now I published it when I can, when I have time to write and sell ads. You see, over the last year, I have campaigned for Sheriff on the platform of cleaning up corruption in the courts. That is supposed to be your job, though in the law business, physician heal thyself is not very prudent. You are an arm of the MISSOURI BAR well who watches over you. Corruption is so rampant that you should have a staff over a thousand people. I don't see how you can be so blind to the problem. Where do you guys get these people to run for Sheriff? Folks, let me tell you there is no way the Sheriff of my County St. Francois or Washington County could have ever been elected. These guys are going to blow your whole New World Order scam. None the less, Judge Pratte heard my request for TRO concerning the election and has refused to call up the subsequent affidavits for criminal negiglence; impeachment and a few others that I don't have time to look up. I have spent some 300 hours of "billable hours" on these cases and they have gone no where. Why is that, could they be the truth? If they are false they won't last. A lying tongue is but for a moment but the lip of truth shall be established forever. We got you guys figured out. Forgive me for being presumptuous and cynical; let me take a moment to pray for love to come into my heart.
OK, I better, you will have to excuse me for my frankness but I don't trust lawyers at all. Maybe you will take heed and do something about the 24th Judicial Circus Court. These guys are out of their minds and are going to end up causing people to get hurt. This is still America and despite the fact that the Communist takeover is just about complete, we are still heavily armed and we remain that way unto the rapture of the Church of Jesus Christ. That day is coming I suggest that you heed the call and get to know Jesus. What we need is a good old-fashioned revival right there at the MISSOURI BAR! We are praying for you seriously I don't want to see anyone go to hell. That includes every member of your little club.
Hey if I want to get a law license I have to go through the BAR don't I? Tell me the difference between that and what Microsoft is doing? A few other questions and then I'll let you get busy bringing to justice the real crooks! You can find them on the golf course with OJ. Tell me what is up with the yellow-fringed flag in the courts and on the crooked cops' uniform sleeve? Why is my name is always capitalized when I'm dealing with any commercial corporate entity including but not limited to the state of MISSOURI and UNITED STATES. Did you guys go and pledge me for the national debt? Don't you know that commerce between slave and master is Despotism? What if a country had a revolution in the courts and all the newspapers didn't tell anyone? Well, you have this after some 85 years it is all coming apart. There is not one legit officer in the 24th Circuit Court; every one of them is guilty of treason and sedation and if you don't do anything about it you are too. This is the greatest country in the world and you, too, will have to account for how you handle these matters. The People of the State of Missouri need you to correct this gross injustice before the problem corrects itself.
I could go about the State Rep lawyer who burns down buildings or the obvious murderer of Linda Coleman by a guy named Greg Henson. I could tell you about the ongoing criminal enterprise that is happening at every Masonic Lodge in America. Though I think we can start here. You get rid of these guys, me and the good LORD will do the rest.

I appreciate you retuning my call of May 23rd. Though I didn’t call you, I attempted to get a hold of the duly elected Sheriff of Crawford County. I know that he is sworn to uphold the constitutions of the United States and the State of Missouri. I assume that you are bound to the same documents? I see on the side of the MHP cars something about being Internationally accredited. My first question I have for you folks who do you really work for? The forth amendment is very clear that these roadblocks are unconstitutional. Now I realize that all the other agencies do it and just because they do it, than it must be ok for you too. The only problem with that is that you are sworn to an oath. Only you can be a man of your word and not participate in unconstitutional acts. The way I look at the whole roadblock thing is that is just another evidence of the growing police state. You see a police state exists when the federal and state police mechanisms: serve the Central government instead of the citizens, serve and enforce the policies of the central government instead of responding to the criminal misdeeds of the people. The third aspect of the police state is to spy on and intimate the citizens. Now lets take a look at these roadblocks, which you are a part of. They certainly serve the government, if caught drinking and driving they (the criminals, tourist) will pay the court not spend their money at a private enterprise. Is it more important to the government to raise revenue than it is to find out who is burning down all the churches in Crawford County. Last time I counted we were up to three over the last 4 years. Just who has been convicted for any of these arsons? It is more important to spy on and intimate not only the citizens of Crawford County but the sales tax paying tourist who pay your salary?
In a free society the police respond to evidence of planned and actually criminal activity. In a free society the police keep the peace they don’t investigate the citizens unless there is a reason, a cause. I work very hard trying to convince people to come spend their vacations in Crawford County. The money I make helps to feed my kids pay their child support and pay taxes in Crawford County. Your roadblocks cast Crawford County in a negative light, “Crawford County Come on Vacation, Leave on Probation”. Don’t we all have better things to do than to hassle the tax-paying citizens?

Hope you had a good weekend. I got your change of judge objection. I can understand why you want to go before Judge Rader, but that is not going to happen. You allege in your show cause order that I willfully failed and refused to uphold this court's order. Well, my motion to vacate made it very clear that the order is to say the least very vague. I'm enjoined from having any events at the property that I occupy. I have done three things down here since May 11th and every time I hear from my buddy the local Sheriff. I'm banned from having Rave Festivals, that is all. August 4th was not a festival, you know that. We have numerous witnesses including the police and the reporter who can verify that. We never expected an attendance of 5000 people; you can see yourself on the flyers that only 500 tickets were available. In any case, the event that began at 8 p.m. was completely shut down at 3:30 am; that makes for only 7.5 hours of music or activity.
Let me tell you what we have before you decide to go any further with this non-sense. First of all we have an audiotape that Mr. Bullock consented to, it is 15 minutes in length. He agreed and promised on this tape to have his deputies verify the complaints, as the neighbors don't like us. He did not even bother to tell his employees about this; they were completely unaware of it when we spoke. Val went to him on that Friday afternoon just for this purpose - we knew that people would complain even if they saw traffic coming into our property. We were correct. Val spoke with one of the officers, and he stated that at the time he took the complaint, he could not hear the music at the residence. Therefore, he knowingly took a false complaint. We have videotape of when the Deputy and the Missouri Storm Troopers showed up and what you allege in your order is not what happened. There are numerous discrepancies in your show cause order that absolutely are not what happened. One of the main ones being that the majority of the complaints that you claim to have been taken at 3 am on the 5th are dated 9 p.m. on the 4th by the person lodging the complaint. I have videotape up along Berry Road at the time of the alleged complaints and you can't even hear the sound. Let me ask you this - how many of my neighbors that DID NOT complain have you contacted? There are people who live much closer than Donna Black who did not complain at all. Donna Black and every other witness that you have is a bold faced liar, I can prove that. Ms. Black, Mr. Jacobs and others have a personal and political vendetta against me. Just ask Mr. Jacobs about the phone call to one of my advertisers. He threatened to burn down their business because they were advertising in my newspaper. Now, my paper has nothing to do with the raves, and the paper itself sure doesn't make any noise, although it does have the tendency to cause certain people to make great noise. If that's not personal, I don't know what is. Go back and read that story Leroy wrote. The only ones who disturbed the peace that night was the law enforcement people and your so called witnesses. The only one endangering the health safety and welfare of the citizens of St. Francois County is the local law enforcement people concentrating one what we are doing and not covering and taking care of the other 49,999 people in the county. The only ones who ever created a nuisance according to Missouri State Law is, you guessed it, Dan. This much I can tell you - the residents of this county were much safer with these people here on my property. They were tired; most of them had been up all day and night. Although there were no drugs, the DJ's who were of appropriate age were drinking beer. There is no law against that, although there should be. Our friendly local deputies instructed everyone to get in their vehicles and leave my property. Now, just where were they supposed to go at 3:30 am? I tell you where they went; they did what they were told to do. They got into their cars and drove back to St. Louis or where ever they were from. How safe do you think the residents of this county were with so many tired and possibly intoxicated drivers on the road? But, what choice did they have? Their plans were to stay put in one place all night, until morning when they could drive safely. But, when a deputy with a gun threatens you if you don't leave a place, you leave. Did they really have a choice? THAT, my friend, was the only danger that the residents of this county were ever in that night.
To this point I have been very patient with you. I realize that you have a job to do, I just wish you would do your actual job instead of what you are told to do by the powers that be. I don't know - maybe you just don't know the whole of the story. You haven't bothered to contact me at all to ask the other side of it. You are going on simply what you have heard, and I am here to tell you that it is not the whole truth. You have a duty to the residents of this county; yes that includes even me, to seek justice and the truth. Your responsibility lies in that - the interest of the residents - before it lies in the pockets of the local law enforcement. The people of this county pay your salary. Yes, I pay taxes, too, so I am included in the multitude.
Now, let me share a couple of other things I have found with you. In the Missouri Bar Rules, of which I know you are a member, it says the following:
1) Rule 1.2 (d) A lawyer shall not counsel a client to engage, or assist a client, in conduct that the lawyer knows is criminal or fraudulent, but a lawyer may discuss the legal consequences of any proposed course of conduct with a client and may counsel or assist a client to make a good faith effort to determine the validity, scope, meaning or application of the law.
Maybe up until this point you did not realize that the conduct of your client(s), Dan etal, is fraudulent, although if you have investigated the situation as you should have you would know that already. Well, now you do. I pray that you have indeed discussed the legal consequences of this conduct.
2) Rule 4.1 In the course of representing a client a lawyer shall not knowingly:
(a) make a false statement of material fact or law to a third person
You are making statements of material fact that you now know are false to the judge in your show cause order.
So, seek out the truth, and not only the truth of this situation, but also the real Truth, that being Jesus Christ. We pray for you daily; I would like nothing more than to see you come over to the sunny side of the street. Jesus loves you; He died for you. He doesn't want to see anyone unsaved, although He gives us all a free moral choice. He's not going to make you do anything; but when you feel that tugging at your heart to do the right thing, you know now where it's coming from.

As you are aware, during the early morning hours of August 5, 2001, my husband was arrested for peace disturbance and violating a court order. Until today, we had not heard anything further on this.
Today, the sheriff's department delivered a show cause order for contempt. They are accusing us of having a "rave festival" on our property, and in so, stating that we have endangered the health, safety and welfare of the residents of St. Francois County.
Attached to the copy of the show cause is the complaints received by the police on the night of August 4, 2001. There are not any complaints for the time which he was arrested. All complaints are at 9 pm on the 4th, and he was arrested at 4 am on the 5th.
I was also illegally imprisoned and detained on this matter. I have pictures of myself in a police car with handcuffs on. Charges need to be filed against the sheriff's department in this matter.
His court date has been set for Sept. 11th, 2001.
In addition to this, the judge has denied our motion to dismiss the permanent restraining order against the property, and has also refused to define what we can and cannot do.
We really need your help on this matter, as it is of utmost importance not only to the rave community, but to all the citizens of the United States. If this can be done to us, it can be done to anyone, and we must take a stand NOW.
As always, time is of the essence. I realize that you all are very busy, and that most complaints and requests take 4 to 6 weeks. WE don't have that kind of time. Please, contact me.

Brother John let me introduce my-self. My name is Jeffrey R. Weinhaus, as far as the Government is concerned you all know by JEFFREY R. WEINHAUS. I ran for the office of Sheriff in St. Francois County Missouri in November and I have reason to believe that I was cheated out of the election.
Enclosed are some copies of my publication the Provocateur. I would appreciate you taking the time to read them, especially the last issue, Jan/Feb 2001. You will note that I have filed affidavits concerning this election and the appointed Democratic Prosecuting attorney has refused to take these allegations before the Grand Jury.

I have hand delivered copies to Judges in the 23rd Circuit, 22nd Circuit and Cole County. I have not heard from one of them. I have bet my life on numerous occasions, I know for a fact that there is at least two murderers walking the streets of the 24th circuit. I know of a State Rep who is leading a conspiracy to defraud a 73-year-old out of his lives work. This conspiracy is being carried out in the Courts and I believe the instigator of this “frivolous” litigation is none other than your Predecessor. This state rep claim to be one of us but he does not know the LORD I know. He doesn’t stand for the same core values of what our party once stood for. By the way his partner in “law” happens to be the biggest Demoncratic supporter in the county. These facts tell me that either I’m right on the money or I’m out of my mind. Now I have the mind of Christ so I don’t think that I’m crazy. To the contrary I know that there is a silent revolution going on in this Country. The godless pagan communists are everywhere. I would call you judge or “your” honor, though the Bible is very clear that you give honor to whom honor is due. Obviously, I have few problems with your decision on my daughter’s case. The first problem I have is your authority or lack thereof. Perhaps you could direct me to your oath of office and your election certificate. They couldn’t find it at the County clerks office. I will also need to see your oath from back in January of 1994. It would appear to me that you don’t have an oath, after yesterday, I now know why! What constitutions where you upholding Comrade? No oath no office, no office, no authority; you very well could be acting without authority. Wouldn’t that be something special?
Just for argument’s sake let’s say you do have a valid oath complete and subscribed, you are really a judge, than I must ask of you to reconsider your ruling on the matter. What you did Wednesday is a gross miscarriage of justice. You have now validated the lie that my daughter has been living. This was a family access motion, 452.400 states Such form for pro se motions shall not require the assistance of legal counsel to prepare and file. Now I will grant you this much, it doesn’t say anything about arguing the case but it would certainly imply that you should be able to get the matter heard without all your so called rules of evidence. I thought that I put together a very compelling case. You wanted evidence; it was right in front of your eyes. Now I realize that there is a lot of just-us now days and not a lot of justice. Maybe your one of the just-us crowd (the masons, eastern star so called satanic, I mean secret societies) I don’t know I can’t prove anything quite yet. Though this I do know, that the Masonic lodge is a den of sin and they are the real terrorists. Same spirit of Allah who is behind all those bombings, I guess we can call them ‘enemy combatants” a friend of the devil is no friend of mine. Your actions yesterday would qualify you as an enemy combatant as well, at least in my biased opinion. The BAR makes war daily with the American people. What does BAR stand for, Esquire! Why would the chair of the house judiciary fly a union jack outside his office? Just who are you really working for? Just food for thought but it begins to make sense. Maybe we didn’t really win the Revolution after all.

The only way you could get around the facts of the case is not to hear them. How much does it cost to turn off your hearing aid? You have done a great disservice to the administration of justice in Crawford County. You know Kent, said minor child is God’s child and I really don’t think that you want to be messing with God’s child. Though lets face it, Nicole had no defense to this case and you all know it. The circumstances dictate that someone got paid. How much does that lawyer have to give you? What 50/50, no it is most likely 75/25. The only thing I was guilty of Wednesday was failure to bribe! Maybe my case was a freebie, one for the lodge, whatever; I know that it was far from just. I know that this Country is a far cry from what it used to be. What I saw yesterday was straight from the pit of hell. Though I know a just Judge and He declares that, your agreement with hell shall not stand! Jesus just loved you lawyers, He really had quite a bit to say about you guys.

These passages are taken from the NIV Bible the 11th verse. Jesus for “good cause” had and still has a problem with you experts in law. I really feel for you, you judge not for man but for the LORD. Your judgment in my case has been found to be a fraud. Deuteronomy 25 1 If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked. Your judgment has condemned the righteous and justified the wicked. Though that is what you expect from someone who is out to destroy the family and the Christian/American way of life. One can easily see that your actions are indicative to the goals of the communist take-over of the Republic of the united States of America. You most likely belong to a satanically inspired secret society that is working in concert with other subversives to overthrow the united States of America, the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God with liberty and justice for all. I in good faith played your game, I filed this “family access motion” gave you $187.50 and put together my case. Your refusal to remedy the problem is fraud. So Judge (and I use that term very loosely) you can either A) vacate your findings and grant my order set forth in the default motion or in the alternative you can resign your office, write me a check for $187.50 go and sue no more. B) Should you elect to maintain your current fraud upon my daughter than you can expect to meet fierce resistance to your communistic agenda. My initial reaction was one of violence (just what you all wanted) but upon further review, I just need to stand still and see the salvation of the LORD. I trust that the Lord will take care of this situation. Ask Bill Rader who lost a close enough family member while we at trial back in 01, that he had to cancel a hearing. You could ask Danny Staples he refused to help me, but poor Danny died of a heart attack a couple of months ago. You could ask a lawyer who came against my house a couple of years ago. Tom has had 2 DWI’s and has lost his job as State rep, his lucrative practice and his pride. He could take care of you just like the former head of the Republican Party in St. Francois County who did everything he could to sabotage my run for Sheriff in 2000. Mr. Umfleet was found out to be a child molester and he ended up shooting himself in the head. He might take care of you like He took care of a deputy named Ziegler who on May 11th 2001 was in charge of an illegal roadblock aimed at shutting down our business. Mr. Broshot,
Am I to assume that you still represent my minor daughter Kailey R. Weinhaus? This makes the third time I have contacted you concerning her and I have yet to hear from you.
One of the main reasons We the People loath lawyers is that they don’t return their phone calls. Never mind the lying, cheating and stealing; the fact that one does not have the courtesy and or the courage to confront “problem” clients is the main complaint. I know that my children don’t want to talk to me when they are telling a lie. The same principal apparently applies to “grown-ups” as well.
The reason why I write is that my son Levi has been talking with Kailey and they desire to see each other. Why don’t you try to facilitate a way to make this happen? My children and I would greatly appreciate it, so would GOD Almighty. I would like to hear from you as soon as possible as always time is of the essence. Jim, this is not going to go away, GOD has promised me all my children shall be taught of the LORD and great shall be the peace of my children, Isaiah 54:15. Four out of five is not bad, but it is not ALL of my children. Woe unto you, if you ignore this plea, I suggest you get your King James Bible and read Isaiah 49, Luke 11, and Acts 4. It would behoove you to be obedient to the Word of GOD. I’m praying for you.
