The people who are in power could not make an end run around the Constitutions without the help of the media. If the people ever wake up to the fact that the Constitution is now null and void prohibited by the color of law. This is indeed the age of lawlessness. Take the time to dust off your Bible and read Isaiah 59. That is where we are at today in America. I always look at my publications as a defense. The way our founding fathers set this whole thing up is real simple. We have a first amendment to petition the government for a redress of our concerns that the Constitution no longer applies in the courts, The second amendment allows us to forcefully remove the usurpers who have stolen our Republic. How they have done this is through the money. In 1913 congress gave a private corporation the right to coin money, Since then we the people of America have been robbed of our purchasing power through inflation. We have lost at least 95% of  the value of our currency. Not to mention that our Country is really one big for profit company. Do you really understand what is going on here? How can you since the media and the government have never disclosed the true nature of the Court System and the Government which has become the enemy of the people who employ and pay them. Slowly but steadily they have displaced our original Constitutional government with an administrative process which affords no protection to the people. It is becoming increasingly apparent to American citizens that government is no longer being conducted in accordance with the U.S. Constitution, or, within states, according to state constitutions. While people have recognized for more than 150 years that the rich and powerful often corrupt individual officials, or exert undue influence to get legislation passed that favors their interests, most Americans still cling to the naive belief that such corruption is exceptional, and that most of the institutions of society, the courts, the press, and law enforcement agencies, still largely comply with the Constitution and the law in important matters. They expect that these corrupting forces are disunited and in competition with one another, so that they tend to balance one another. Mounting evidence makes it clear that the situation is far worse than most people think, that during the last several decades the U.S. Constitution has been effectively overthrown, and that it is now observed only as a façade to deceive and placate the masses. What has replaced it is what many call the Shadow Government. It still, for the most part, operates in secret, because its control is not secure. The exposure of this regime and its operations must now become a primary duty of citizens who still believe in the Rule of Law and in the freedoms which this country is supposed to represent. A major aim of Shadow Government control has been to bring most of the assets and revenues of the economy under the control of fewer and fewer people. Part of this is causing the failure of smaller organizations and the absorption of them by a few large chains. This is being done with banks and other financial institutions, newspapers and magazines, television and radio stations, agriculture and mining producers, distributors and retailers, computer manufacturers, energy and chemical companies, medical providers, and pharmaceutical companies. Anti-trust enforcement has been weak, used only in a few sectors, and then only after major concentrations of economic power has already been achieved. The process goes beyond normal tendencies toward monopoly or restraint of trade, or the economies of scale that support the old adage that "the rich get richer". It is an attempt to consolidate political control. The result has been for a smaller and smaller proportion of the population to control a larger and larger proportion of the assets and revenues of the economy, while the middle class shrinks. We are moving away from the original model of the universal middle class, and toward a third-world model of a small upper class and a large poor class, with a small middle class that mainly serve as minions of the rich. The Shadow Government appears to be operating according to some plan. Many commentators have dubbed this plan the "New World Order", suggested by the use of that phrase in a speech by George Bush, referring to the state of affairs following the end of the Cold War. Actually, that phrase goes back to the beginning of the Republic, and appears on the Great Seal of the United States as the motto, Novus Ordo Seclorum. What the Shadow Government itself calls the plan is uncertain, however, some of its elements are now emerging. One element is the disarming of the people. There are serious plans and preparations for a general warrantless sweep of every location in the country to confiscate weapons. Information about these plans comes from military and intelligence personnel who are involved in preparing to carry them out. Such an action would mean seizing more than 300 million firearms from more than 70 million citizens. Obviously, after such a sweep there would be so much public outrage that there could not be another election. Therefore, it would also be the formal overthrow of the Constitution. There is also suspicious circumstantial evidence that part of the plan is the release of diseases, of which HIV/AIDS is one, to reduce the world population, selectively. A key part of the plan seems to involve the development and use of mind control technologies, both electronic and chemical, which allow the elite to disable or discredit dissidents and keep the people compliant and productive. The experimentation that has been done on this is one of the great coverups and abuses of human rights of our time, far exceeding that of the radiation experiments that are now coming to light. You might note the chemtrails, fluoride in the water the cell towers, wi-fi and let us not forget the Fukishima reactors that have been in full meltdown since 3-11-11. Keep in mind folks the goal is to reduce the world’s population to 500 million people. They are achieving their goal through a slow kill of the American people. Just look at the obits in the local paper how many people are dying in their 40’’s and 50’s? How many people are sick? Cancer is out of control along with all kinds of disease. They have full control of the pharmaceutical industry and the medical establishment. You will further note that the hospitals are being merged. Mercy is taking over here in Missouri. Of course they have complete control of the legal system and the government at large. They have just about completed their conquest of America. The sad part is not one in a thousand know what the hell is going on.

The restoration of constitutional governance need not require a violent revolution, and we should avoid violence if possible. It can be brought about in much the way it happened in the Soviet Union. The  main problem we have here in America is the legal system. The BAR association is the most insidious organization and must be abolished. They have been waging war against the American people for well over 100 years. If we the people can take back our Court system then they are in a whole lot of trouble. This involves several elements: (1) Exposure ("glasnost"). The Shadow Government, even more than the old Soviet regime, depends on secrecy. Uncover it and it loses most of its power. We need to end black budgets, require the declassification of most classified documents, especially those pertaining to UFOs and aliens, and adopt and enforce sunshine laws to require full disclosure of not just meetings and agreements among officials, but also among major organizations of all kinds which may exercise an undue influence on political decisions. We must also require independent audits of all such organizations. (2) Restructuring ("perestroika"). We need to enforce strengthened anti-trust laws to break up large enterprises into many competing firms, not just two or three, and forbid interlocking directorates, beginning with the broadcast media and the press. Intelligence and law enforcement agencies need to be broken up into several competing ones, which can serve as effective checks on abuses by one another. (2) Infiltration and defection. We need to get patriots inside key organizations and encourage insiders to become patriots. The most important are military and law enforcement organizations, whose members must be conditioned to come over to the side of the people if there is a confrontation. We must also provide effective protection for whistleblowers. (3) Harassment. Lawsuits. Liens. Freedom of Information Act requests. Surveillance of principals. Local prosecution of federal agents. (4) Local organization and publicity. Revive the constitutional Militia on the Swiss model, set up independent investigation teams, alternative newspapers, talk radio, alert networks. We need to inform the public on what is happening, and to reach those who now are all too willing to trust the government to protect them. (5) Civil disobedience and nonviolent resistance. Protest demonstrations. Tax protests. Defiance of unconstitutional laws. Refusal of juries to convict. (6) Armed resistance. This must involve non- provocative, but firm, defense of persons from illegal abuses, and exclusion of illegal governmental actions from local areas, county by county, state by state, with insistence on constitutional compliance. (7) Transition plan. The oligarchy cannot be expected to come up with a plan for an orderly return to constitutional governance. The process must be conducted carefully, to avoid a disastrous collapse. We will need some constitutional amendments, to make legal some of the things the national government can do best. The government needs to end budget deficits and acquire the stock of the Federal Reserve. So once we deal with the lawyers and end the Fed then we have a chance to restore our Republic. John Stormer's book, "None Dare Call it Education, 25 Years Later".    In his first book, Mr. Stormer explained how our public schools had been taken over by leftists. The method of teaching reading was changed from the tried and true phonics method to the look-say method.  Parochial schools chose to stay with the phonics method, which is why students from parochial schools can read well, while many public school students are very poor readers. The aim was to produce citizens barely educated enough to be of service to the elites. They have achieved their goal without a doubt.  The Communist have completed their goal of overthrow

I can not begin to share with you the horror stories I have heard over the years about the corrupt government and court system. The tipping point is here. The alarm clock is sounding and you are not going to be able to hit the snooze button anymore. Here is the bottom line and why we are headed toward a civil war. We are in the age of lawlessness. The rule of law is out the window and has been replaced with the rule of the lawyer. What are lawyers in this day and age? They are liars and a fraud not only upon the Court but the people and the Constitution not to mention our Creator. Just because they call it a crime doesn’t mean it is a crime. Unless there is an injury loss or harm there is no crime. Who is the victim? No victim no crime. There is no case. Well the reason why there is going to be a war or should I say there is an ongoing war is because of this simple fact. In well over two thirds of the court's business the one who is really the victim is the falsely accused person who is now suffering injury loss and harm by being accused of a crime. To add insult to injury the criminals by definition of Corpus Dilecti. Latin for the “body of the crime”. Are being paid by the tax-payers to extort their neighbors. Is there a cause of action? Who has standing when there is no injured party? Whose legal rights are being violated? Thus the Court has no standing. Now wouldn’t you think a lawyer who is being paid 20x what his average client is being paid would know the basic elements of the law? Is that not a fraud? A false representation of a matter of fact—whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of what should have been disclosed—that deceives and is intended to deceive another so that the individual will act upon it to her or his legal injury.   Just think about it for a minute. Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil.  Is it good to steal from uninformed and ignorant people who are trying to make ends meet. Take care of their family and enjoy the fruits of their industry?  Just who do the police and courts really protect and serve? The people who pay them through the tax on their labor. Gee call me naive’ but I always believed  that the employees of the STATE actually worked for the people who paid them. What was I thinking? Only that what I was taught to believe. Obviously I have been mislead. Fraud must be proved by showing that the defendant's actions involved five separate elements: (1) a false statement of a material fact,(2) knowledge on the part of the defendant that the statement is untrue, (3) intent on the part of the defendant to deceive the alleged victim, (4) justifiable reliance by the alleged victim on the statement, and (5) injury to the alleged victim as a result. Anyone including myself and my children who have been conned into paying a traffic ticket or any other fine when there was no actionable cause and actual victim, other than myself and everyone else who has been defrauded by this deception.  The Supreme Court has held that if a judge wars against the Constitution, or if he acts without jurisdiction, he has engaged in treason to the Constitution. If a judge acts after he has been automatically disqualified by law, then he is acting without jurisdiction, and that suggest that he is then engaging in criminal acts of treason, and may be engaged in extortion and the interference with interstate commerce.  Courts have repeatedly ruled that judges have no immunity for their criminal acts. Since both treason and the interference with interstate commerce are criminal acts, no judge has immunity to engage in such acts. Rut Ro! Do we have a problem here? Well I personally do and I hope that you do understand the nature and cause of the accusation and the reason why we the people have every right duty and responsibility to close the BAR and reestablish Constitutional Common Law, Common Sense Justice for All not Just-Us.  This is your come to JESUS Bulletin. Things are going to get real bad real quick if you work for "them" any agency or organization that is funded by the USA Inc. fka The united States of America the well is running dry your pension funds are gone and soon there will no pay for your treason. The powers that be can play with the weather and have weapons that we can not understand. Though this we know they plan on killing 9 out of 10 of us and they are well on their way to achieving their goal. The only thing that can slow them down is if the people who are on the front lines those who work for "them"  simply follow you heart and come out from among "them" While there is still time come to Jesus.

Lawyers, lawyers everywhere but not one of them for real? For the last 16 years, we have endeavored to share with the Citizens of Jefferson County and Eastern Missouri the problem with America today; it’s the lawyers people! Bulletinman has pointed out, we never really won the Revolution!  Read The Treaty of Paris, which ended the conflict with England, read it does not dis annul King James Charter of 1606. The reason for the war of 1812 was the passage of the 13th amendment to the Constitution, The Title of Nobility amendment, The "missing" 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. It reads as follows: "If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honor, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."  The British came and burned Washington DC to destroy the record of ratification of the amendment, which would have introduced the penalty  of loss of Citizenship and expulsion out of the Country.  That would be the end of the rule of the lawyer. One can not be a lawyer, an officer of the court, and also be a member of the executive branch or a law-maker. This would obviously be a “conflict of interest” and violate the separation of powers concept that our country was founded on.  Simply put, you can’t be a lawyer and also the governor;  you can’t be making laws when your occupation is based on laws which are made. Why? So you don’t have what is happening in this Country today!  A good example is Kelly Parker, a State Rep making 31K a year. He got a law passed that created another judgeship for the 42 Circuit Court. Guess who was “appointed” judge? Parker. He is now making 120 K a year along with all he can swindle. Do you see the problem? Bulletinman has told you the truth about “them” for a long time. It got even better when I finally figured out the definition of a crime, which is the body of a crime.  The Body of a Crime would be an act that causes provable personal injury, loss, or harm. No victim no crime. Well there is a victim and there is a crime.

There is going to be march prayer vigil for the prisoners who are in the Jeffco Jail on Saturday at 4. Jeanny Kingery lost her 24 year old son on May 27th. He was in the custody and in the care of Oliver Glenn Boyer and the Jeffco Jail when he was found dead. They ignored his pleas for help. Once he died they refused to release his belongings and would not let the mother view the body. Bradley was being held over traffic violations. How many more have to die? By the way Brad's brother is in the jail as we speak. I believe his name is Paul. Pray for him and all those who are in there.

We are indeed under a plague. It is slowly killing the working people and now non working disabled drugged out and dumbed down people who have allowed the government (the devil) to trick them into getting paid to be disabled.  Through JESUS you are more than a Conqueror. The government wants to pay you with their monopoly money that most people believe is actually worth something. Sure it is a medium of exchange but the dollar is done. Gas is twice of what is was 4 years ago are you making twice the money? It is up 3x since 2000 are you making 3x what you were 12 years ago? If you are then you are one a very few common folks who have made out. The ones making the money today are working down at the Court-house and in the private probation business. Though there is trouble in the community. Everyone is flat broke busted and not to be trusted. The system is critical and about to fail, a major malfunction has occurred. Get ready! Be ready!

 The whole system is collapsing down around Hillsboro. As the County seat goes the rest of the county follows. Here is the problem in Hillsboro and the main reason why I call it Hellsboro these days. Going out and harming these people like the United States Government does with their drones and "special forces" would not solve the problem. We will be praying first of all for Sheriff Boyer and the 9-11 Crowd. The Devil's strongman is the Badge. Get the Badge in some Holy Ghost Hands and Roman's 13 kicks in. When you have a demon occupying the office it no longer applies. He is a terror to good and not evil. The Supreme law of the land is the Constitution which all the named take an oath to uphold the Constitutions of Missouri and the USA. Though most importantly to GOD to uphold and maintain our rights. Without a corrupt Sheriff and his crooked cops the Court is null and void. It doesn't matter what a judge decree's if the Brown shirt's wouldn't follow the clearly unconstitutional, unethical and down right immoral  orders I have seen issued by all judges but especially these few. The demon's are really using judge NATHAN STEWART, RAY DICKHANER and STEPHEN BOUCHARD. These people actually believe they are GOD and have powers that are way outside not only the rules of the Constitution but also those of the BAR syndicate which at least try to appear to be "fair". You need to also pray for JIM SMITH who is supposed to remove these menaces to society and enemy combatants that wage war against the people. Pray for all your STATE REPS but especially for PAUL CURTMAN and ZAC WYATT who at least realize just who the real "terrorist" are. The Constitution is no longer in effect when they can place conditions of your bond like the SCRAM bracelet. These people have not even been convicted of the crime and you making them pay some lady across the street to be free. Get the HELL out of here, you little devil's. He is talking to people who are in places of power and are misusing their office to  abuse  the poor, widowed and fatherless. Don’t hate on the messenger I love you all enough to tell you the truth. Believe me I have my faults though I try not to oppress poor people and  take advantage of people who are just simply unlearned people and the so called “law” is a “lie” and the criminals are really the STATE. She part of the machine that is causing severe economic hardship to not only her victims oh I mean clients as well as the attorney’s and bond people who are owed money and  can’t get a judge to issue a warrant for them. Her and BOUCHARD have some deal work out were he won't release people until they pay Tammy. Tammy claims to be an officer of the Court which remains to be seen. What is up with that? You also got to pay to stay at the scabies infected nasty ass jail for a non-violent offense, we can't even call it a crime. While Rapist, murderers and thieves walk the streets and wear uniforms and work at the Court-house or near the Courthouse. We the People. It does indeed start and end with "We the People" Do you consent to the present government that we are under in 2012?
In other words would you fire your current government? Are you happy with the way things are here in the state of Missouri? I personally and believe that well over half if not three quarters of the people are getting real fed up. I would venture to say that another 10% of the people are on the verge of losing it all and when they lose it all well that is when they lose it and people get shot. People don't have to be hurt no one has to be harmed. All we are saying is come out of our house's. Our State House, Our Courthouse and our Mansion where the Alleged Governor stays. The power belongs to the people. Do I have to cut and paste the Missouri Constitution for you all again. Consent? Our government today is a criminal enterprise and is the most evil entity on the face of the the planet today. Sorry if you are still under the delusion that America is the good guy and most American's in power are in it to be "public servants" not public plunders. They all know that is why they all have to go. Do you think the people who run this so called STATE don't know that it has become one big unconstitutional lie and a fraud upon the people. A case can be made that our government is actually a CORPORATION for profit and you and I are their "customers" when in all reality we are their employers.  With all the lawyers in America we have to be a police state, the only problem is that they have yet to announce martial law. Why? Because they are cowards and realize that they can only stay in power by lying and under the color of law. Did I miss the announcement of martial law or is the government just waging war on it on people, trading with the enemy, that doesn't even realize that they are the governments enemy.  So lied too for so long that the people actually believe and live the lie of the enemy.  People you better wake up and realize that our enemy is within and they are making their move. Only 5 out of 100 need to stand up and take the power back.  Our employees have become our Employers and that is indeed grounds for dismissal. It is not to act like they are Deity. Who made who? The “government” is this. I have to go to the Missouri Constitution Article 1 Section 3. That the people of this state have the inherent, sole and exclusive right to regulate the internal government and police thereof, and to alter and abolish their constitution and form of government whenever they may deem it necessary to their safety and happiness, provided such change be not repugnant to the Constitution of the United States. The question is whose House is IT? We the People are paying for it! It's We the People not we the government hired by but fighting and working against the people who are paying “them” Now is the time and this is the place. Time is up You have to chose sides. We have a very short time we are running on credits. If you love this Country then you are going have to fight and perhaps even die to preserve your God given rights. Which if He gave them He will help u keep them. All We the People have to do is simply show up.  God will do the rest.  Now is the time to react  to the obvious theft of We the people’s government. Power belongs to who?
Meanwhile back at the Ranch. We are one month closer to the return of Jesus are you ready? Are you living right or at least concerned about it? Hang in there stay in the Word. Things are going to get real crazy but if GOD be for you than NO ONE can stand against you. The devil can't take your freedom he can only trick you into giving it to him. If you are a child of GOD and Jesus is your Big Brother, your Keeper than you and I have this biggest baddest big brother on the block, we have nothing to fear. Our enemy the ones who want to sit on God's seat are the ones who should be afraid of us. The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first. When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. No man has a natural right to commit aggression on the equal rights of another, and this is all from which the laws ought to restrain him What country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? When wrongs are pressed because it is believed they will be borne, resistance becomes morality. God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty.... And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure. I have sworn on the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man.  Timid men prefer the calm of despotism to the tempestuous sea of liberty. Thomas Jefferson. Our Country is in trouble and now is the time to stand up for your freedom  Today is the day of salvation. This world is soon to be shaken and baking. It’s either revival or revolution, baby. The money has become funny and a political solution is not going to cut it. Daddy government is broke and most of you think it is all good. It is NOT all good the economy is being imploded and they are blowing the dollar out. By the way the same way they ended “communism” in the USSR. Communism is not dead it has changed it’s name to Democracy. My GOD people look at the Macy’s star. The truth is a dangerous thing though you gotta  believe it is the right thing to do. We are losing our freedoms and it is being done through the Court-System. We got to turn this mother out. We need to Court to show cause why We the People should even recognize this current criminal enterprise acting under the color of law!
